Welcome to our home! We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy your time in Nice.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please kindly follow these simple rules:

  • 👥 Maximum of 4 guests allowed in the apartment.
  • 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
  • 🤫 Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
  • 🚫 No parties or unregistered guests without prior approval.
  • 🏠 Please treat our home with care and leave it as you found it.
  • 🔧 Report any damage or issues as soon as possible during your stay.
  • 🔐 Check-in/out times are flexible. Self check-out is available via key lockbox.
  • 🚪 Always lock the front door with the key when you leave.
