Payment of rental fees:
The rental fee for the apartment must be paid in full prior to the start of the rental period. Security deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover any damages to the property or unpaid fees. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental period, subject to the apartment being returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental period.
Maximum occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 4 people. No additional guests are allowed without prior written approval from the owner.
No smoking:
The apartment is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the premises.
No pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Use of amenities:
Guests are allowed to use the amenities in the apartment, but must do so responsibly and with consideration for others. Any damages to amenities or the apartment caused by the guest's use will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace.
Check-in and check-out timing:
Check-in is after 14 on the start date of the rental period, and check-out is by 12 on the end date of the rental period.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the start of the rental period will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the start of the rental period will not be refunded, unless the apartment can be re-rented for the same period.
Liability:
The owner is not liable for any personal injuries or property damages sustained by the guest during their stay in the apartment. The guest is responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings.
Governing law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of France, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
